Stratapault: an X-ray for your whole organisation.
See everything. Ask anything. Fix what matters.
Every growing organisation ends up the same way: systems added one at a time, IT people who came and went, apps nobody switched off — and nobody who can say what's really there. Consultants answer that with interviews and questionnaires. Stratapault reads the organisation itself.
Microsoft 365 or Google, every computer, the files, the network. Read-only from start to finish: nothing on your systems is changed.
Every system, account, device and document, and how they connect — one picture nobody inside the business has ever had.
Hundreds of checks, every finding with its evidence, a plan in order — and anything it couldn't see, it says so.
And because the model stays built, the next question is answered from evidence, not guesswork: "Are we ready for AI?" · "Who can still get in after they left?" · "If our IT person left tomorrow, could anyone take over?"

2011 – NOW
Mayn Limited
Technology consultancy for regulated and high-stakes work. With police forces and healthcare teams, improved how Sexual Assault Referral Centres capture and store forensic evidence, through a secure system now used in hospitals and forensic settings across the UK. Since then: business analysis, workflow and modernisation for healthcare, fintech and creative organisations.
2014 – 2025
Mayn Colombia
Medical technology for the North Andean region: gynaecology and physiotherapy software, equipment and support.
2008 – 2011
Science One Innovation
Medical devices and embedded electronics, including ECG/EKG devices and their software.
2002 – 2016
e fortiori
Led developers, project managers and support teams across the full technology lifecycle: medical image capture, patient records, telehealth and remote monitoring, built to clinical standards (DICOM, HL7).
Selected work
Police forces and the NHS
Forensic evidence capture for Sexual Assault Referral Centres
Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) are where people who have been sexually assaulted or abused receive medical care, support and a forensic examination, whether or not they report to the police. What is recorded there may one day be evidence in court, so it has to be high quality, held securely and handled with an unbroken chain of custody, while the person's care and dignity come first. I worked with police forces and healthcare teams to improve how SARCs capture and store that evidence, with a secure system now used in hospitals and forensic settings across the UK.
Imperial College London
A decision-making tool used by NATO
Built the software for an advanced decision-support tool with Imperial College, using morphological analysis: mapping every combination of the factors in a complex problem so the realistic options stand out. It went on to be used by NATO.
Media organisation
From a ten-year SharePoint maze to an estate people can navigate
Mapped how work really flowed, rebuilt the structure, naming and governance, and made the data ready for AI. I still look after their Microsoft 365, devices and policies.
Government and judiciary
AI assistants with a person in control
A secure assistant that answers from a government body's own knowledge, and a tool that drafts structured case summaries from hearing audio for judges to review.
Law, business and technology — and still learning
It's an unusual mix, and it's deliberate. The law degree means I read the rules before the brochure: data protection, contracts, evidence, and now the fast-moving law around AI. The technology MBA keeps every piece of work tied to what the organisation is actually trying to achieve. Twenty-five years of hands-on delivery means I can still build the thing myself, so the advice is practical, not a slide deck.
And the learning hasn't stopped. I study AI continuously: how the models and tools work underneath, and the governance, legal and ethical questions that come with them. I'm active in the communities where AI systems are actually built, contributing as well as learning, and I follow a carefully chosen set of researchers and sources so I know what has really changed, not just what is being hyped. That is exactly the work behind Stratapault.
